CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE NOTE- All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs or less of your appointment, you forfeit your deposit and will be required to pay another upon re-booking. Your deposit allows you ONE reschedule, if done within the allowed time-frame of 24 hrs or more. You have three months from the day you book to reschedule, or you forfeit your deposit. More than one reschedule under any circumstances will result in a loss of deposit and another will be required to re-book.
